Behaviour Support for NDIS Participants
At AwesomeAble, we know that every NDIS participant has unique needs and goals. Therefore, the time and cost involved in developing and delivering our Behaviour Support services are personalised and depend entirely on your individual situation and the complexity of the support required.
What Behaviour Support may include
Behaviour Support services can involve a range of activities, such as:
- Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Interviews with the participant, family members, carers, and support staff
- Observations across different environments (e.g. home, school, community)
- Assessment of skills, communication, and environmental factors
- Development and writing of a Behaviour Support Plan
- Creation of individualised strategies, programs, and data collection tools
- Ongoing support, review, and implementation guidance
Once initial assessments are completed, we will provide an estimate of the time required to develop and implement a Behaviour Support Plan, based on the participant’s specific circumstances.
